Housed in the historic Buford Building, Ambler Architects redesigned the space to include loft apartments and ground floor tenant space, both of which highlight the original 1900s Coca-Cola mural.
This downtown Bartlesville building started as an old hotel. The upper 2 floors from the hotel were remodeled into apartments, retaining the original corridors and stairways, which includes an original mural for Coca-Cola. The brick on the inside of the apartment units were uncovered and modern amenities were installed, creating a mix between modern and historic styles in the loft style spaces. Large windows let in lots of light and give tenants great downtown views.
The bottom floor was designed for the restaurant Frank and Lola's, which uses the original uncovered mural on their statement wall.
